Kraftangan

This is the last batik I was able to buy at the Kraftangan in Chendering. In later years, the school has been: closed for school holidays, closed for a national holiday; the shop was: being renovated, promoting songkhet and pandanus weaving, selling batik from commercial producers, not stocking batik at all. The Kraftangan in Kuala Lumpur is much more active.
